We can accept customized Logo services, such as laser engraving, silk screen printing, thermal transfer, etc.
4. Assembly and customized packaging service
HRC Hardware can provide one-stop assembly and customized packaging services for products or parts according to customer needs. Customers can sell products after receiving the goods, saving more time, manpower, and material costs.
1. Simulation assembly service
Our engineering department will simulate the assembly of parts through software in advance. Problems can be found and modified in time before making samples or mass production. Saving time, money, and worry.
2. Pre-production sample service
Before mass production of parts, we can make pre-production samples for customers free of charge. Our quality inspectors will measure the size and tolerance of the pre-production samples to ensure that they are consistent with the drawings.
We will take pictures and videos for customers to confirm. If customers need pre-production samples, we will also arrange to send them within 3-5 days.
3. Multiple quality inspection service
Customized parts will undergo more than 3 quality inspections during the entire production process. Ensure that the size, accuracy, and appearance of the parts meet customer requirements.
4. Safe packaging service
We will customize fully adapted foam packaging according to the size and shape of the customized parts to ensure that the parts can be safely delivered to the customer.
