To help our customers better understand our services, here are answers to some frequently asked questions about CNC prototyping and manufacturing.
What's your MOQ?
There is no minimum order quantity required. Our factory can support you from one-off prototypes to medium and large-volume production.
How can I get the price?
There are two ways to get a quote from our sales team.
1. Upload one or more 2D PDF or 3D CAD files on our “Get A Quote” page
2. Send one or more 2D PDF or 3D CAD files directly to info@hrc-metal.com
In most cases, we respond to quotes within 24 business hours of receiving an RFQ. If a quote is delayed we will notify you as soon as possible.
What's your production time?
Production time depends on part size, quantity required, and finishing requirements. High-quality prototype parts can be completed in 5-9 days. Special requirements or more complex parts will take longer.
What file types do you support for instant quotes?
3D CAD file format in STP, STEP, IGES, or STL will be very helpful for the project quotation and production.
2D CAD drawings with reference dimensions in format DWG and PDF.
What raw materials can I use with CNC machining?
CNC machining can work with a wide range of materials, such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Brass, Copper, Titanium, ABS, POM, PMMA, and so on.
What tolerances can I achieve with CNC machining?
We provide a standard tolerance of ± 0.15mm/100mm, with the highest precision able to reach ± 0.05 mm. Suitable for most commercial and industrial applications. Consult with us if you need closer tolerances for special projects.
